High quality fat reduced (10-12%) Dark Cocoa Powder obtained from grinding sound, ripe, de-shelled, medium roasted cocoa beans (Theobromam Cocoa), which have been alkalised using potassium carbonate.

Available in 1kg or 6kg (6x1kg).
