For Cupcakes:

• If using for cupcakes, you will need to use cases below 4.5cm base diameter, otherwise they won’t fit in the cavities and may become squashed.
• We recommend only filling the cases to a quarter of the way with cake mix, to ensure that there is enough room for frosting after the cakes have risen.
• As soon as the cakes come out of the oven, we suggest placing them into the Christmas tree platter so that they fit nicely and allow them to cool down in them. They can then be frosted and decorated in the platter.
• Do not use too much frosting, to prevent it from touching the lid of the platter.
